Golf & Grace Society Membership Agreement

1. Membership Purpose
Golf & Grace Society is a community dedicated to promoting mental wellness, sisterhood, and the enjoyment of golf in a supportive and inclusive environment. By joining, you agree to uphold the Society's values and contribute to its mission.

2. Membership Benefits
As a member of Golf & Grace Society, you will receive:
- A custom embroidered Golf & Grace Society polo shirt.
- Access to the welcoming ceremony.
- Invitations to monthly clinics, networking events, and the Annual Members' Tournament.
- Opportunities to connect with other members and participate in group activities.

Note: Members are responsible for covering the costs of individual golf clinics, social outings, and the Annual Members' Tournament fees.

3. Membership Fees
- The initiation fee of $200 is a one-time, non-refundable payment.
- Payment is required upon completion of the membership application to confirm membership.

4. Member Responsibilities
Members agree to:
- Maintain a positive and supportive attitude toward all members.
- Respect the Society's values of community, inclusivity, wellness, and fun.
- Follow all golf course rules and etiquette during events and clinics.
- Participate actively in Society activities, as personal schedules allow.
- Represent Golf & Grace Society with grace and integrity.

5. Privacy & Communication
The Society will respect and protect your personal information. By signing this agreement, you consent to receive communications regarding Society events, updates, and activities via email or phone.

6. Termination of Membership
Membership may be terminated if a member:
- Fails to adhere to the Society's values and guidelines.
- Engages in behavior that disrupts or harms the community.
- Chooses to withdraw from the Society (written notice required).

Note: Initiation fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

7. Liability Waiver
By joining Golf & Grace Society, you acknowledge that participation in golf and related activities involves certain risks. You agree to release and hold harmless Golf & Grace Society, its leadership, and event organizers from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from participation in Society events.

8. Amendments
The Society reserves the right to update this agreement as needed. Members will be notified of any changes via email.

Acknowledgment and Agreement
By submitting this membership application/waiver and paying the initiation fee, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of the Golf & Grace Society Membership Agreement.
